1. Replacement and Faulty Goods Timeline

2. Change of Mind Policy (7-Day Returns for Non-Faulty Items)
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind (not due to a defect or damage):

Timeframe: The return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

Refund Type: Cash refunds are not issued for change-of-mind returns. Instead, the customer will receive Store Credit equal to the value of the purchase, which can be used for future purchases.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
3. Procedure for Defective Items (Immediate Action)
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Immediate Proof: Share a video and photos of the damaged or incorrect item with our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery.

Review and Dispatch: Once our team verifies the issue, we will immediately arrange a free replacement to be dispatched to you.

Packaging: The original damaged item (including the product box and all accessories) must be ready for pickup by the courier for the replacement process.
